The “Alpha” version of your regular boot camp class! A high intensity cardiovascular and strength training workout designed to work all of the major muscle groups of both the upper and lower body! Creative cardiovascular and bodyweight drills with use of dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, training ropes, and tires will keep your body guessing!!
ALPHA WARRIOR BOOTCAMP
Bootcamp style class, held outdoors (weather permitting) primarily at Memory Park.
ALPHA ZUMBA PARTY
A two hour Zumba workout with three instructors pushing you to the limit with their Latin based dance moves!! The music will keep the energy high while the instructors make you sweat with their own unique styles!!
As the class title suggests... “Anything Goes!” Two hours of non-stop intensity. You will have to try the class for more details!!
A barbell based workout that challenges all of the major muscle groups of the body! Using a barbell for strength based exercises this workout will take you to new levels of muscular strength and endurance.
Get ready to sweat! Non-stop strength training workout incorporating any or all of the tools in the studio to sculpt your entire body.

A complete body conditioning workout designed to improve your cardiovascular conditioning while burning the fat away! This class will target all muscle groups by combining free weights and conditioning drills!
HIP HOP DANCE
Dance to great Hip Hop music as you burn calories away! A unique dance workout that uses Hip Hop infused dance moves and music to produce a workout that is always fun and full of energy!
HIT & BARRE
HIIT style low impact cardio intervals, performed barefoot mixed with traditional barre exercises "high reps with 3-5lb weights performed as isometric contractions.

A cardiovascular boxing boot camp based workout that will definitely keep you working! Pound the heavy bag or interact with our instructor as you throw combinations on the mitts. Non-stop and intense!!
A cardiovascular kickboxing based class that will keep you moving! Kick and punch the heavy bag through a series of choreographed sequences designed to help you burn those calories!
Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this full-body workout. It uses lightly weighted drumsticks to create a unique workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with Yoga and Pilates inspired movements.

Total body workout focused on both cardiovascular and strength improvements. Start your workout on the stationary bike for a high intensity cycle workout. Then keep your heart rate pumping as you immediately switch to a strength and toning workout with the use of dumbbells, barbells, and even your own bodyweight!!
S-A-T Sculpt & Tone
A fast paced full body workout using a mixture of heavy and light weights to sculpt and tone your body

A fun and energetic workout that combines cardiovascular training with choreographed movements through the use of a fitness stepper. The combination of movement, music, and mental focus needed to complete this workout makes each class a fun challenge.

PiYo infused workout with weights to strength and tone your muscles!!
STEP IT UP
30 minutes of cardio using the stepper and 30 minutes of weights!! Burn calories and have fun while doing it!
Blocks of exercises done 4 times for 1 minute with short breaks in between each set. You are going to earn your way through this workout!!
